The Kansas courts electronic filing system has been down for over two weeks, and there is no indication that the system will be up and running any time soon. Due to this delay, I have issued a guidance document to explain how our agency will review compliance with K.A.R. 17-11-18(b). This guidance document will apply to non-governmental program real estate loans closed while the Kansas courts electronic filing system is unavailable.
