In the May 23rd, 2024 edition of the Kansas Register, The Office of the State Bank Commissioner published a notice of proposed amendment to Banking code regulations K.A.R. 17-11-18 and K.A.R. 17-11-21. A public hearing will be conducted on Tuesday, July 23, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. in the Bank Commissioner’s Conference Room A of the Jayhawk Tower Building, 700 SW Jackson, Fourth Floor, Topeka, KS 66603 to consider the amendments to K.A.R. 17-11-18 and K.A.R. 17-11-21. All interested parties will be provided a reasonable opportunity to present their views orally or in writing regarding the amendments to K.A.R. 17-11-18 and 17-11-21 during the public hearing.
