The 1st Annual Women & Money Conference is being held on October 15, 2024, from 8:00am-4:00pm at Children’s Mercy Park in Kansas City, KS. This daylong event is dedicated to empowering and educating women interested in unlocking their financial future. The event’s Keynote Speaker is WSJ Best-Selling Author, Candy Valentino. Candy is a business trainer and financial analyst who has received many accolades during her two and half decades as an entrepreneur. She was the youngest female to receive the Governor’s Award in Entrepreneurship in Pennsylvania and most recently was selected by Success Magazine as one of just 6 ‘Women of Influence’.

Admission to the conference is complimentary but seats are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. For more information and a detailed itinerary of the day’s events please visit: Women and Money Page (https://treasurer.ks.gov/women-money.html). Register today to secure your spot.

Educating Kansas consumers is an important part of the mission of the OSBC, and we are very proud to be a gold sponsor of the 1st Annual Women & Money Conference. This event will bring hundreds of women together to learn about financial empowerment and how it is never too late or too early to get started.

The OSBC’s sponsorship was funded by fines imposed and collected from non-depository regulated institutions, or settlements reached with companies within the jurisdiction of the OSBC. No taxpayer monies or bank assessment funds are used.
